i've smoke legs but not chops. the size difference would be a challenge getting the ribs done with the leg portions at the same time (cooking it whole that is). I prefer the ribs/chops on the rare side, the legs to me can be medium well (preference) so that would be a bit of a challenge.. I also prefer the ribs/chops grilled. It would be an expensive expreiment to try doing it whole. I would smoked the legs and butcher the rest for the grill ... but that's just me.
