About to be a new Lang owner. 36" Hybrid Deluxe should be ready by the end of the week. I have used smaller style offset cookers before, but never a "real" one. Luckily with where I live I will have access to plenty of Pecan wood. If I use limbs, 2.5"-4" or so, do I need to worry about the bark or use as is? I know if I use larger pieces that have been split there wont be as much bark on the surface. Thanks.
