looking for the racks I see competitors use with handles and thae they place their meats on. small wire racks that can be used rt side up as well as upside down. suppliers name please?

Ben used to put them on the racks leaving factory. He told me last week that they stopped putting them on because of lots of requests to leave them off.

I think these are the racks you're seeking. Go to www.howtobbqright.com and check under "bbq shop". One rack is for chicken (8X10 - $6) and the other is for pork (10X18 - $11). I have the chicken rack plus his injector and  also his rubber gloves and white gloves.

While you're at Malcolms's site you might consider signing up to receive his  email -- he presents great recipes. Tomorrow I'm cooking his recipe "pork carnitas with mexican style pulled pork" for a party of 6 -- I hope it comes out good.

the ones I want (I have those from a restraint supply store), have handles and you can use them upside down or right side up. thank you for the reply!
