Ben sent me a pic of my unit waiting to be shipped out.  I had a custom wagon wheel cart made because of the 34.5 inch width I required to fit through my door to get to my back deck.  Notice the mod in front.  I will lose a little space but it what had to be done to get it to turn and have a turning radius.  I also got the removable stack, and warmer upgrade with dampers in top of fire box for cooking in the warmer.  Notice the standard temp probe inlets on the lower right by the smoker door.  This unit looks awesome and I cant wait to get some briskets and butts on this bad boy!  The wait was long but I believe it will be worth it.  Every Lang I have had meat off of has been a great taste and simple cook.  Transitioning from an Oklahoma Joe offset to this and I am sure there is a world of difference!  Thanks Ben Lang and company.  I am looking forward to firing Burnie up!  For those that have chargrillers on a hybrid please give me feedback and answer attached poll, thanks.  Please explain negative reviews so I can know what to expect and how issues can be remedied.

I too own a 36 Hybrid Deluxe that I purchased a little over a year ago. I wish it had a damper control on my grill stack, I had to rig up an aluminium can to help control the temps in the chargrill.

oldskool38:  Could you post a close up picture of the front tiller setup? I'd like to see how Lang mounted it. I spent about 3 hours yesterday trying to install a pneumatic tire swivel caster that would help me move the unit on gravel, grass and patio pavers but it didn't work. I wish I'd have known that accessory was available when I ordered my unit.
