I've read through the posts on here about hog size that has made it onto a Lang 84. My question is what the sizes listed after the hog was processed and gutted? I want to make sure to get the proper size hog for my 84.
Yes it is always after processing, do you realize a 100 pound hog only yealds around 30 pounds of meat to serve after cooking? Throw on a few butts and a couple racks of ribs, save money and eat better. Whole hog is mostly for presentation.
