It all depends on the cooking temp. a couple of temp. probes would be a great investment to be able to watch the meat temp. as it is cooking, at 165 your chicken is done. At 250 it may take 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours, at a hotter temp. it will be less time, but with temp. probes you can keep an eye on them with out a lot of effort, until you have done several cookings and you know how they come out.
