Originally, I tried to attach a swivel wheel in the middle of the cast iron wheels but it didn't work. After seeing BayouRouge I realized my mistake so back to Harbor Freight for a $15.00 12" swivel wheel (actually, a 10' would have done the job but I didn't feel like driving back and the price difference was only a few bucks). I mounted the wheel to a a 2X6 and extended it out to just clear the cast iron wheels. I bolted the 2X6 on the rear end to the bottom grate and used a large "C" clamp (for easy removal) to secure the front portion. I painted it black. Cheap mod and no more problems moving the rig over gravel. If I was going to move hte rig fequently, I'd use BayouRouge's set up.
