Wide body 84 Roof project

I should start welding this weekend on the mods I am doing on my 84 wide body trailer. I am adding a roof and awning. 2 counters on the right that fold away. A table on the left side that is removable and stores in the trailer during traveling. I am going to make it so the stainless double sink bowl counter will be on the front of the trailer when in use and stores on the side when not in use.  I just have one stainless steel countertop to figure out and some shelving. All the other stuff is all cut to size  out of 1 1/2 "square tube and 1" square tube . I need to cut the expanded metal for table and side counters.
I will post some pictures when I get going on it.

I have the roof frame up and the two awnings attached. Just need to attach the roofing material . The tables and countertops are framed up and getting ready to put the expanded metal on.  The sink is ready to be attached.

The roof is covered and awnings are up as well. Both countertops are on the right side. The stainless steel countertop on the inside installed. The stainless steel sink / countertop is almost done.

I am not finished yet but here are so pictures so far. I added a roof and a awning on each side of the trailer. They fold up for traveling down the road. I made a 40 " by 8 ' table for the left side. It has detachable legs and sores in the trailer. It attaches on the trailer in a "U" channel and pins in place. The right side I added 2 countertops that fold up and pins in place. In the trailer I added a stainless steel fold down countertop. I added a stainless steel double bowl sink. It attaches to the front when in use and on the side for travel . I boxed in under the smoker chamber and made a sliding door. I store the legs from the table and poles from the awnings in there.  I also added 2 14" by 27" removable shelves to each end of the smoker. On the front of the trailer I added a truck box for a cabinet  . Today I am putting on a shelf above the stainless steel countertop and upper bracing

I an going to use the trailer before I add anything more to it. Well beside the plumbing and water.  It rains a lot up here in Washington and I don't plan on standing in the rain!
