Still waiting...

Has anyone else experienced longer than estimated delivery times?  I've had quite the experience with reps not returning calls, & being misquoted on a delivery date.
I was quoted 4-4 1/2 weeks delivery; I ordered a Lang 60D on 3/24 and am now into my 5th week.  2 weeks ago I was told it would be delivered last week, was even given a delivery day.  When I called to confirm the time, I was told it could be 1 - 2 more weeks!  The only reason given was that they were backed up.  I don't feel like they're doing a great job of keeping me informed of the progress of my cooker, and they NEVER returned any of my calls.  At this point I'm afraid they aren't going to call me when it's ready.
I'm extremely excited about the Lang, just a little frustrated with the overall purchasing experience thus far.

Having the same issues here.  Only difference is mine was ordered the end of Feb.  On April 1 was told it was on the list to start production now I am getting no response to my calls.  Very frustrating.

not something I want to hear...have a small party planned and expecting it next week.

I own a PitMaker also, and everybody says the same stuff about their customer service.   They both make great pits and are worth the wait.

I've never had problems with contacting them. I don't always get Ben, but their staff is nice and friendly.
I just know they are busy....backed up now that winter is over and folks are spending the refund check on a BBQ pit.

Know mine is in production this week. Not sure how long it takes to fabricate, but I'd guess a week and a few days to ship

Yea it seems like they are really busy.  I talked to them on Monday and I got the call today that the delivery guy was headed to my house.  Finally my wait is over.  Yippy!!!!!!!!! Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy  Very Happy
