Re: shipping to kentucky

Yes!  I ordered my lang 6 weeks ago, it was suppose to be here 3 weeks ago!  I'm really disappointed in the way lang handles its delivery. I'm in Jeffersonville Indiana.  It's about 30 seconds from louisville. My shipping price is $500, I will gladly split the price with you. Let me know if we can help each other. Thanks

well i havent oreded mine yet, but if you can find out if yours hasnt shipped yet ,ill order mine and we can have them shipped together.however i would totally understand if you dont want the additional wait time.

Well I guarantee if you order yours, Lang will postpone mine and all the others they have coming this way just to put yours on the load. Hell I'm pissed at the time I've had to wait but I do understand the process. I will tell you to go ahead and order your Lang asap, so hopefully you can get in on this load! That way you won't be waiting like I have. I don't want anyone to have to wait as long as I have, its pure hell!!! Lol If it works out then I'll be glad to share shipping cost with you. If not then good luck. Another thing if they get done with yours and still haven't shipped ours then maybe we can take a trip....just a thought! Keep me posted

ill try and call tomorrow if i can get home from work in time and where thay stand on builds and shipping.ill let ya know
dejaymattingly

Ok I'll be waiting to hear from you

Did they have you pay for shipping , or will you be paying when it arrives?

You pay when it is delivered

Re: shipping to kentucky

What shipping company are you using? My cost to ship a Lang 36 Patio to Tucson, AZ was $450 for 7 day delivery. You're unit is probably heavier and bigger than mine hense your higher shipping cost. I had to pay my shipping charge up front before they'd even pick it up from the Lang facility. Once my unit left the Lang facility, they had no idea where it was at any point in time BUT thankfully my shipper knew and kept me advised. I had to forget about the shipping cost and just consider it the added cost to get a quality cooker. No matter what manufacturer I choose I'd have to deal with shipping -- it's just part of the purchase price. You saved some $$$ on the sales tax.

I'm using langs shipping people....looks like that was a mistake! Lol I would have paid $1000 if my smoker was on time or earlier.like I said earlier its a process and I understand but 3 weeks longer then told is a Lil extreme. but I will continue to wait the course.like the saying goes good things come to thoes who wait.once I get it I will post plenty of pics.I will be too happy

I don't know who Lang's using but you can use any shipping company you want. Call Jesse Ballentine at JZ Expidited Logistics (904 527-3902 ext 222) and check his shipping cost. Within 7 days from pick up, your Lang will be sitting in your driveway!! Tell him Don Gillette from Tucson told you to call him. The extra $$ you'll save using Jesse can be put into meat and fuel!!

When did Lang start having retailers?
tlcsignman

We are not a retailer for Lang. We went and bought a few in Georgia for ourselves and brought a couple back to sell. Told Ben what we were doing at the time and he said that was fine. We run a garden center in Kentucky.
animal

Good for you, good for Ben too.
