Pit Temps

I am interested in seeing what pit temp everybody cooks at.  The temp on the tel true thermo that comes on the pit.  
L & S or H&F post your temp !   Very Happy

225 to 240  0r s0 for  pork or  beef, and  around 275 for poultry.

I've been doing ~250-270 for butts/ribs/flats ... 300-325 for packers
