Peaches on a Lang

If ur looking for a QUICK dessert try peaches. My customers loved them. Cut the peach in half lay them on the smoker, watch them closely as it only takes about 20 minutes or so to get them done. Take them off and sprinkle with some cinnamon add a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired. AWESOME ! We would SELL out of these every night we had them. Cheap n Easy dessert.

I took my 60D to the beach last year, and we cooked on it every night.   One of the nights I made the APL peaches recipe, and they were great.   A little high maintenance, and expensive, but really good.   The next time I just cut in half, dipped in bourbon, sprinkled with peach Jello/sugar and placed in hottest part of smoker.   Awesome.

The peaches sound great.  What temp do you use to cook?  What should they look like when "done"?
