Low temps (150-180 degrees) possible on a 48"

I do a lot of bacon curing and like to add a touch of smoke flavor, but dont want to "cook" the meat as much as a normal low and slow of around 225-250.

How does the Lang do on holding 150-180 for 4 hour smokes?

Or, does someone recommend a different approach to simply add smoke flavor to my bacon?

Doh!!!!!!!!  Sometimes I cant see the forest for the trees!!  Yes, I do have the deluxe (actually have ordered) model.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious which for some reason, I was blind too.
