Lang 108 that needs to be put indoors...suggestions?

We are a new restaurant in MD that just purchased a Lang 108.  We already upset the neighbor just during the seasoning process and are looking for tips to move it indoors to a separate building on the property. This will be the first time I have tried an indoor smoker and would like to hear from others that have done so, or for someone to tell me that I am an idiot and don't do it!

You'll need a large exhaust system above the cooker. Probably a fire system as well. Check with your local department of buildings. Good luck on the new restaurant!!!!

Thanks Eddie...Our concern is if mechanical exhaust will affect the function of the smoker.

look up McClure's Barbecue in New Orleans and call Neil.  He runs his 2 restaurants on a 108, and had similar problems with neighbors.  He moved his smoker to his second location and from what I understand is in the process of building an enclosure for it.  he should be able to give you the tips you need.
