Go to the beginners guide and check out the instructions on steam cleaning -- there was a video on the subject but itappears to no longer be there so just follow the instructions. You might have to steam clean it a couple of times to get rid of the smell.

Yep! Put a bucket under the drain.  Remove racks to get to the baffle plate and scrape it off and wash it down the drain.  Put the racks back in.  Now just get it hot!!!  Use a stainless steel wire brush and brush off the loose stuff on the racks.  Shut the chamber and get it back hot, like over 300.  Open it and hit it with a hard mist from the hose to make it steam good, then close the chamber.  Get it hot again and mist it again.  Close it and let it get hot again.
Make sure to keep the end down so the water flows out the drain.  The heat will dry it out.  You are done!
