Here is a few pics of my 36" patio arriving!

Thanks guys! It was picked up at Lang on the 9th and was delivered to my shop in Chicago on the 15th. I rented a U-haul trailer for $15 to haul it home the following day.

I was quoted $265 for delivery and thats why I had it shipped to my work but there was a weight difference of about 100lbs. from what Ben told me to the actual shipping weight of 750lbs. so the price went up by $100 but still cheaper using my works shipping account.

On Sunday I started about 10 A.M. spraying it down with 2 cans of Pam, oh make sure to remove all the grates to get to all the hidden spots, and spray the underside of the grates as well.

Surprisingly it was 17 deg and windy when I fired it up, by noon temps reached 33 deg it took about 40 minutes to get it to 325 and held that temp through the seering process, it took maybe 5 or so minutes to recover after the steam cleanings.

I let it smoke cure for a good 2 hours. There was some rust starting but after the seasoning the grates are all a nice dark brown to almost black.

Can't wait to fire this baby up and start cooking but the temps dropped down to the single digits again so it maybe a few weeks before I get cooking.
