Dogs and BurgersHey guys, need a little advice. I have had a Model 60 for years, but have only used it for family functions. In a couple of weeks I will be cooking hamburgers and hot dogs for a local food pantry, it will be an all day affair. My question is once the meat is done, should I put it in a aluminum tray with water and hold them in the warmer box?
Any tips or suggestions are welcome
