Cook Quantity on hybrid 36 deluxe

with the rib racks and using the vertical you can cook 25 slabs of baby backs or St Louis style you can cook 2 butts in the vertical with the firebox damper  upgrade so you can get it hot enough with out the up grade it runs about 100 degrees cooler than the main chamber   Very Happy

I have rib racks but have never used them, never really needed them and they are hard to use if you want to mop and sauce without every thing running off, but you are going to love those fire box to warmer dampers, what is the depth and width of the warmer on a 36?

The inside of the box is 15"x 10" the shelves are 8" wide a little over 14 long I never mop ribs I use a kc style rub no sauce needed but you are correct rib racks are aggravating I have cooked 9 baby backs
at once in the main cooker laid flat you could get 2 more in the warmer
also cooked 16 leg quarters on top shelf of char grill side I usually feed
about 10 adults 4 or 5 grand kids and they all want go boxes of course

I fired up my smoker for Easter. I had:
20 leg quarters.
2 St. Louis style ribs.
2 beef chuck roast.
2 corned beef brisket.
tips from ribs, and about 8 smoked sausage links.

I did all that at one time on my Lang 36 hybrid deluxe. All that meat was in the chamber and just about full. What I do like about the Lang is that it will smoke all day long, so as soon as you pull meat off that's done  you can keep adding more and your temp will stay the same
