Anyone cook wild hog on their Lang

I have cooked it several times and the meat taste amazing, but is very tough.  Anyone have suggestions on making it more tender?

Did you cook it to any specific internal temp?  Tough pork is usually a sign of undercooking.  Think about cooking a butt.  You undercook it and it will still taste good, but it will not be tender enough to pull. Forum Index -> Recipes
