Location: Las Vegas NV.

I just ordered a 36" deluxe patio, has anybody done a small pig a 36" Lang and do you think it is possible

I've never cooked a pig on my Lang (patio 36) and don't intend to but the Lang 36 data sheet indicates it can handle a whole piglet in the 35* to 45* range. If your "small pig" is in that range it probably would work for you.

We live in Saddlebrooke -- been there about 10 years. Have you received delivery of your Lang ?

I have not, they said 6-7 weeks and that was about 4 weeks ago. I have wood, Pecan, post oak and Apple. Getting ready for her ( I named it Charlene, my wife thinks I am nuts )
