Hey guys I am looking for info on exactly how to season my Chargrill on my 36 hybrid deluxe. Do I just spray it all over the inside with Pam & get a good raging fire going? I can't find info on this anywhere. Thanks for any help everybody I appreciate it.

I just got my Lang and seasoned just like you mentioned.  I sprayed it all down, got a good fire going and let it bake in.  Seems to have worked.  I will use it this weekend and find out more.  Post what you need up doing.

Thank you for the response that's what I will do then. I am receiving mine on Saturday & was curious as to how everybody was doing the season on the Chargrill because I haven't had any success finding much on it.

Really we're nuts huh superstar. Well thank you for sharing your ultimate wisdom but no need to be a smart*ss!!! A little constructive advice would do since obviously we weren't sure how to season the Chargrill. I remember Ben Lang saying to use Pam or another oil for seasoning but maybe that's just for the smoker.

Well I seasoned my smoker with Pam also.  Just like Ben Lang said to do on the videos on his website.  I did not think about the olive oil or I probably would have done that but at the time I did not see any reason to question the guy that builds the things.  I seasoned the char grill side the same way, just sprayed the thing inside with Pam and fired it up.  It cooks great and the meat that I cook on it tasted great also so I guess I did the right thing by following Ben's advise.

Are you all spraying down the outside/handles/all moving parts or just the inside of the cooking chamber/firebox?

Thanks

I did spray the pivot points of the handles and the hinges and even the pinwheel pivots on the firebox.
